About River Shores
We are a custom builder... our architect will modify any plan or creat a new one in order to design the perfect home at the perfect price for you. These floor plans are examples of homes that provide a variety of options (master up, master down, one floor living, etc) that fit our lots and optimize views and space. Keep in mind that all homes are priced with 1000 sq ft of finished lower level that is designed for you and could include a home theater, billiards area or fireplaced entertainment space similar to the "Featured Home" photos. Typically our homes with all included are priced from the high 300's to over $600,00.
